Fire Security Services was founded in Hamilton in 1978 on a simple belief: looking after customers should always come first.

From the beginning, FSS set out to make fire protection and building compliance easier for New Zealand organisations through straightforward advice, dependable service and practical solutions.

As our industry has evolved, so have we. We’ve invested in our people, technical capability, training, systems and technology, while expanding our reach across New Zealand.

Despite that growth, the principle FSS was founded on has not changed. We want to understand our customers, make their lives easier and deliver an industry-leading customer experience.

It is how we have grown, and how we intend to keep growing.
